CBT - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
A Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) program that helps participants recognize and reframe negative thinking patterns around food, weight, and self-worth to support long-term recovery.

DBT - Dialectal Behavioral Therapy
A skills-based program using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help participants regulate emotions, tolerate distress, and replace disordered behaviors with healthier strategies.

ACT - Acceptance Commitement Therapy
A recovery program based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) that teaches participants to manage difficult thoughts, reduce food/body obsession, and live according to their values.

Body Image and Media Literacy
A program focused on improving body confidence by teaching how media, beauty standards, and social platforms influence self-image — and how to challenge harmful messages.

10 Day Mediation Program
A calming 10-day mindfulness series designed to reduce anxiety, strengthen self-compassion, and support emotional healing during eating disorder recovery.

Journaling
A guided journaling program that helps participants explore emotions, triggers, and recovery progress through reflection prompts, building self-awareness and healthier coping skills.
